Special Shipping and Delivery information: Our SonicAire fans are delivered via LTL shipping to minimize the shipping costs for our customers. As a result they must be repackaged into a customized pallet prior to delivery and this is what the additional crating and pallet fee is for in your final quote. The shipping destination must be able to get these pallets off the truck as the delivery trucks do not have lift-gates. An onsite forklift is preferable.
